Didnt really get a shot. Good special teams player. From what I saw in preseason he is a hard nosed runner who won beat anyone in a foot race but could knock some people back.

Well guys, I have a dilemma concerning college football.
I used to be into college football back in the early 90's when I was still young, I grew up watching the Gino Torretta Miami Hurricanes, but since about 1995, I really haven't followed college too close besides for the NFL Draft.
Currently at work they are letting us wear college jerseys on Saturdays, but not professional. So I think I might have decided to try and get back into to college football, problem is, not sure on what team to follow.
I currently live in Columbus, OH and it is big time Ohio State everywhere here. I would rather not try and be one of the local peeps (even though Eddie George is one of my favorite non-Bills players). So my question is local Bills fans, what team should I really try and get into? Should I try and go back to being a Miami fan? I would rather not be a bandwagon or like a super powerhouse say like Florida, Alabama, LSU, etc. I also went to a small state school in Pennsylvania, so the colleges right now I would rather not root for are
Florida
Florida St.
LSU
Alabama
Penn St.
Pittsburgh
West Virginia
Ohio State
The past few years I have been somewhat tracking Oklahoma St., but for a college so far away, just seems, I dunno, not as sincere. Plus I just really liked OK St. because I really liked Dez and Blackmon as prospects.
So help me fellow Bills fan, lend me your thoughts.

Clearly your best option is Notre Dame. We're a school pretty near to you, we've got one of the richest histories in all of college sports, and we're finally getting back to prominence. Plus, we have a MLB who is being talked about for the Heisman. A MLB!

Agreed with this. I'm a big 'Cuse and Buckeyes fan.
Others I'd suggest and why:
Oregon: Badass jerseys! Insanely fun offense and high scoring games yearly. Has matchups with bigger schools as well.
Notre Dame: Mentioned above. Great tradition, close by and they are on TV every week.
Clemson: A team I support. Consistently bring in top talent and are fun to watch while not being a big name school that you mentioned. I think they will grow into a powerhouse school soon (already locked up #1 HS recruit DE).
South Carolina: Same as Clemson. They are an SEC school too which provides great matchups with the teams you didn't want to be a fan of.
