For the love of God let's not get this one locked. It's really pathetic we got a GDT locked on friday.

Anyone worried the Mile-High Messiah will bounce back after a verbal beating this week in the media?

The Raiders defense is so inconsistent. I could easily see them making his life hell or letting him complete passes and get some confidence.

Unless Denver completely changes the way they have ran their offense the past couple of weeks, that wont happen. They are asking him to do everything hes not. I could see him having a couple of big runs and possibly scoring a TD or two, but I am not worried about him killing us with his arm.

Yes, I have already predicted a 31 - 10 Raiders victory... torn between a rock and a hard place....I'd love to beat the Raiders, but then I'd hear it from the Tebow fanatics, yet get to blast ya'll

On the other hand, a Raider win means we lose to the team I hate the most, but get Tebow fans off their high horse and closer to Luck/Barkley/Landry ...all whom I prefer to what's at Qb right now for the Broncos....

Think Brick wall Think

I thought exactly the same, but for the past few weeks it has been consistently good. Even in the Chiefs game, we're only talking about them giving up 14 on drives even though 4 INTs weren't run back. With 6 turnovers, 2 of which are pick six, it's quite a feat to keep a team under 30.
Good against the Browns too, and Houston. 3 weeks in a row.

It's just with so much going on recently not many people have noticed.

+1. Defense was great even when they were on the field so quickly time after time.

I can't see them coming out poorly from the bye. They've had time to watch Denver get picked apart on both sides of the ball.

Jarvis Moss on his twice ex-teammate...

Quote:
When asked about whether Tebow can hurt a team with his throwing arm, Moss paused for 13 seconds.

ďUh, I donít want to answer that question because I really want to Ö Never mind. I canít answer that question,Ē Moss said.

I saw some pretty interesting stats in regards to Michael Bush.

Vittorio Tafur wrote:
The Raiders are 7-2 since the beginning of 2008 when Bush gets at least 15 carries.

The 245-pound Bush averages 4.2 yards per carry on runs 1 through 15, and 6.0 after his 15th carry, according to STATS.

Bush has averaged 103.8 yards per game and 5.1 yards per carry in those games.

Bush scored at least one rushing TD in each of the wins; none in the two losses.

Best backfield in the NFL? I believe so.

I got those from this article by Vittorio Tafur.

As much as we love our running game I think a 'key to the game' is what RaiderX put: GET BOSS INVOLVED. I don't know about the rest of you but Boss has been pretty low-key so far. I don't think it's his fault he hasn't been targeted, and I like that DHB has gotten it going in the WR department, but Saunders really needs to find ways to get Boss the ball and get those LBs to stop thinking run and covering pass catching TEs. When Miller was catching a lot of passes I'm sure that LBs couldn't just ignore him and stick to stuffing the run, which I've noticed teams will do, especially coming on strong with our run game. Gotta disagree with the 'slowly bring along Palmer' part though, RaiderX... get Boss and the passing game going, have an even split, and as the year goes on we'll more offense than we or anyone we play bargained for. Cool
