Lucas is younger. But Law provides major leadership and experience. Especially if we draft an FS we could use some of that in the secondary. I would prefer Law, assuming a decent price.

Yeah, that would be awesome. I'm seeing another great Cowboy's D next year with that.

Law would throw a hissy fit if we turned him into a safety.

If you pay Law money he will play wherever you want him too. Even when he was b!tching about BB, he still showed up on time to training camp and stuff.

It is inevitable that Law will finish his career at safety, Troy Vincent with the Bills is being converted to safety this offseason.

I just don't think that y'all will want to pay him the money he wants. If you stay with a 4-3 you can, but if the FO switches to a 3-4 you won't. You would have too many holes to fill in FA like a NT and some 3-4 DE's...some 3-4 Backers...

Why do you say that? Law is still one of the best corners in the game, Vincent isn't.

If you read my post you would realize that I said he would END his career at safety...Nowhere in that did I say he will make the switch this year...

You said if you pay Law enough money he will play wherever you want him too. And im saying if he thinks hes still one of the best corners in the league hes gonna be a corner.

I said what I said to vouch for Law's character. The media ragged on him all last summer about his problems with BB. So I brought up points about he still showed up for training camp and whatnot on time to combat your attack on Law saying he will throw a hissy fit...I'm getting pretty sick of arguing with you since you are blatantly being an as$ so I will be the bigger man and just stop...

Isn't this one of BP's old boys. I may be wrong I'm not sure, but if he is, I dont see why he wouldnt wanna switch. Besides if we negotiate with him, BP should let him know about a plan to switch him to S and see what he says. That's better than just assuming he'll throw a fit, and never finding out whether we could've, should've or would've.

You will have to stay in the 4-3 for that to take place...

RBlevens do you have a problem with a friendly argument? Why is it that whenever someone questions you, you flip out and tell them they are trying to start fights? Please grow up.

And I am not a big fan of switching to the 3-4 right away. Maybe in a couple of years, but not right at this moment. It's stupid. BP wants to win now. He's not going to win now with a completely restructured defense full of FAs. I do see it in the not too distant future, but this coming year won't work.
