Tried watching a little more of him and I really didn't see as much intensity as I would have liked. He never really gets excited about making a play. Some say that's a good thing, but that was one of the warning signs that Gholston had that people ignored.

He's very talented, that's for sure, but I wanted to see a little more attitude and finish from him.

I guess his excitement gets lost in translation.

Since the Browns are likely to end up with a top 5 pick, don't discount us drafting him.

I think he is the best DE in this class and while RE isn't the BIGGEST hole on our team, it would be huge to finish our defensive line.

We have Sheard locked in at LE and 2 great DT starters as well as 2 very good rotation guys.

God that would be sexy to add him.

Does anyone think that Werner could end up grading higher than players like Mingo and Montgomery if he continues to make an impact through the rest of the season? Could he end up being a top 5 pick all things considered?

How does he likely stack up in offseason workouts?

But just looking at stats, it seems his production has dropped heavily with the up in opponents

He was getting pressure in the 2nd half of the Clemson game but Boyd was athletic enough to get away. Him and Carradine were both no shows in the North Carolina State game. I didn't get to watch last weeks game so I couldn't tell you there.

I will have to go back and look but they are chipping and doubling him, leaving room for Carradine.

Did some work again today. Had some tackles and 1.5 sacks
He was quiet for a few weeks. And I was liking it better that way! Haha
