|
|

It seems like such a waste to stop having this mock after the draft. So, why don't we do FAs and after Madden 07 comes out, someone can volunteer and edit the rosters to be the same as the draft, and that person can sim the season (week by week, it would be parallel to the regular season). That way, this can be ongoing. _________________

Last year Brandon Bolden...this year Zach Sudfeld! |

I don't think a video game should come in to play with this. _________________

Really....Whenever I simulate a season they end up in the playoffs 70% of the time. I wish that was accurate. |

For some reason in Madden 2006 they always have two things happen for me...
The Texans always get #1 overall pick.
Matt Leinart always goes #1 overall and busts.
Peyton Manning always gets cut at age 32.
And the Patriots are always made worse than they are in reality. _________________

Add these to the list:
You can trade Keenan McCardell for a 1st round pick
Philip Rivers will only go for a 3rd
John Abraham goes for a 1st and 2nd,
etc... |

Oh, and don't forget my personal favorite.
Andre Johnson [WR, Houston] will only be traded for a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd round pick. And, sometimes, that doesn't even work. _________________

You can trade old decrepit veterans for 1st round picks.
And speed is the name of the game. If you have a 98 speed, 96 acceleration, 97 agility you are set. Who cares that your catch is a measly 61. You'll outrun the CB every time _________________

Which is when you create a QB 46 or however high it will go years of age.
Then set all ratings high except for tackling and sorts that don't effect his overall rating. Make his rating 99 overall but make sure if you make, say his speed go down 1 then his overall rating will go down 1. This way you don't give him too good of ratings.
Then make his injury 0 and his years in the league the highest possible. Sign him and trade him for Andre Johnson, 1st round pick, and 2nd round pick.
The next offseason, that QB, after being injured for the whole year and 45 fumbles because of his 0 CAR, he retires and Houston is screwed.
Oh, I don't do this, I just heard it from a friend. _________________

In Madden 2006 for XBOX 360, Michael Vick always wins the rushing title.
No running back ever scores more than 10 touchdowns
No defensive backs intercept over 6 passes. _________________ Dear Football Jesus,

i still think it'd be worth a shot...i mean this whole things for fun and is rather unrealistic anyway (think about how many trades there ahve been) so why not...i think its a good idea rabbisson..i'd do it but i dont think i'll get madden 07 until it drops to like 20 bucks after several months of release _________________
