What can you guys tell me about Abry Jones? I am interested in learning about him as an NFL prospect and I wanted to get some opinions from you guys on his role and impact for the Bulldog's defense.
As I understand he predominantly plays end in your 3-4 scheme and has a nice combination of athletic ability and size.
Any other information you can provide on Jones would be appreciated. _________________

there are good reasons why our outside backers are able to run amok. Jones consistently soaks up two blockers. he has a good push up field and he sets the line well. he's not going to blow you away with his pash rushing ability..he's basically a solid space eater as a DE in the 3/4 _________________ Justo wrote: Hyperbole is three syllables. Thanks for the feedback. So does your line generally play alot of two-gap? _________________

It varies a lot. Jones has a lot of freedom at times, and is a very effective pass rusher when he is needed, but he is also a huge decoy, because Jarvis Jones, and other rushers are put opposite him, so they will get the advantage. Jones still gets to the QB. He had 4.5 sacks last year, and in the pros, he could definitely be a starter. A 4-6 round pick based on his position scarcity. _________________

I messed up last year believing the Bray hype. I didnt fully read his stats, but I know better now.
There is no way that he will have a good day with 'Tree and Rambo coming back to go along with Jarvis and the newly hot Jenkins at the OLB position.
Their defense cannot stop our three way attack.

5-0 baby!
Gurshall went NUTS tonight.
craziest UGA game i can remember for quite some time. we were the best offense on both sides. 20 pts in 5 min off our deep TOs? /boggle.
can't say how impressed i am with how far our O has come. gameday in columbia next week for sure.
rambo was not good...tree was a beast. our D came through in the end with 3 straight TOs.
its really starting to feel like its our year.
i just got my tix for ole miss game nov 3...haha smack dab in the middle of the visitors section 102. _________________ Justo wrote: Hyperbole is three syllables. "Big words". Georgia edumacation just told y'all how to spell the smallerer words like d-a-w-g, huh?

We are not gonna go undefeated, either a loss next week, against Florida or against Auburn _________________

Everytime we have a good season someone always trips us up at least under Richt, if we get past this week, think we have a shot.
2002 Florida
2003 LSU and UF
2008 SC and Tenn
2011 Boise and SC

might as well say someone always trips us up no matter who the coach is every year since 1980....
...time to fire up that bandwagon doc! 5-0!
i don't see any game on the schedule that is as dangerous as this weekends game. we'll handle florida and auburn will not be difficult. _________________ Justo wrote: Hyperbole is three syllables. "Big words". Georgia edumacation just told y'all how to spell the smallerer words like d-a-w-g, huh?

Don't get me wrong, love this team and this is the closest we'll get to a title in a bit with since basically our team leaves next year. _________________

thing is... if we dont' shoot ourselves in the foot repeatedly we beat Tenn going away. like 44-10. in past when we did things like that to ourselves we folded and completely gave it away...this time we fought through and won out.
i believe grantham will get the defense straightened up...its our year. _________________ Justo wrote: Hyperbole is three syllables. "Big words". Georgia edumacation just told y'all how to spell the smallerer words like d-a-w-g, huh?

Yes hopefully with the full team back for the 2nd week in a row, we should be good to go for Saturday. _________________
