Lacerated spleen. Ouch.
There is the possibility that it could be worse due to some internal bleeding. |
Yeah, not good. I hate to see it happen to a class act like Witten. Hopefully hes alright. | I wonder how long he'll be out? I remember this put Drew Bledsoe out for a few months. |
From what I've read, the laceration should be healed by the start of the regular season so don't expect Witten to miss any meaningful snaps. _________________

It acts as a filter for blood as part of the immune system. Recycles old red blood cells and platelets. White blood cells are stored there. Fights certain kinds of bacteria that fight pneumonia and meningitis.
It's basically a filter for your body. It's important but you can live without it. I remember when my grandpa lost his I asked my mom who is a retired nurse and she said we just have to be more careful with him now when he gets ick and make sure we don't put him in situations where he could get sick because he's more susceptible to infections and getting really sick now because he doesn't have the spleen anymore- its the bodies blood filter. _________________

No time table for Witten's return. I think the cowboys fans are downplaying the injury. _________________

Cowboys being sued for burning a woman's a$$.
| Quote: | Yep, frivolous. Let’s recap really quick. She sat down, on a hot bench, in 101 degree heat, ignored the fact that is was, um hot, and sat there while her buttocks burned up. I mean, this is like putting a hot cup of coffee between your legs while driving. There is no way a judge would rule in here favor. Right?
The woman apparently needed to have skin grafts performed after her initial treatment, which had lasted nearly a week at the hospital. Of course, she is seeking all the typical damages for physical and mental anguish. She is hoping that a jury of her peers will help her out. Better hope they are Texans fans and not pulling for America’s Team. |

Just like Old times, JC in NYC!
| Quote: | | Campbell, who came into the game battling Josh McCown for the Bears' backup job, may have won it, completing 12 of 19 passes for 101 yards and leading two scoring drives. |

Jimmy Johnson says Tony Romo is a great qb and will win a super bowl someday.
| Quote: |
“The guy is a great quarterback,” Johnson said, via ESPNDallas.com. “You’ve got to win the ring to get it done. I think Romo can get it done. I love Tony Romo. . . . I believe it’s going to happen. I do.” |

Oh Lordy, Lordy Lordy. Guess who's going to be the Giants starting LT??
You guessed it Sean Locklear. Yes, the same Sean Locklear that we cut after last season because he was so horrible for us.
So it's Locklear vs Demarcus Ware game 1... Lmfao _________________

I'm going out on a limb and say the Cowboys win on Wednesday. Why not? I'm sure 95% of unbiased fans are picking the Giants, but consider me that 5%. With this Ware vs. Locklear thing, the odds of the Cowboys winning has to improve slightly... right? _________________ RIP SuperSkinFan

The middle of the Cowboys OL is probably worse than What Lockear can do for the giants. They can help Locklear with the running backs and with Martellus Bennet, plus Eli gets rid of the ball quickly, unlike Tony Romo. _________________
