You look really good in everything except RB
You need some serious help there |
I thought my RB's weren't too bad. I think Mendenhall is gonna be a beast this year and Shon Green should be getting most of the carries in New York. Green-Ellis is a wildcard but he did have 13 tds last year. And Addai was there for my last pick, i'm just hoping for the best from him |
I like Mendenhall and Green, I think they will be consistent but I don't think they will win games for you like other would. They won't lose you them either though
Addai has another, younger 1st round RB in his backfield in a pass heavy O and NE has like 99 RBs that are all role players
I don't see those two getting that many touches
I would rather have Addai than Law Firm FWIW _________________
Drive off into the sunset, you brilliant bastard.
|

Donald brown has shown absolutely nothing in two years. RBs usually have it or they don't right away. Donald Brown is not an NFL running back. _________________

Hard to tell how they will split it up this year with both players getting hurt
They played together for 3 games
Houston (first game of the year) Brown carries-0 Addai carries-10
Giants Brown-16 Addai-20
Denver Brown-7 Addai-13
Both also catch the ball too
I just don't like a running back that doesn't get the ball much in a passing offense with a 1st round pick in the backfield behind him and Joseph is coming off an injury
High risk/Low reward
I wouldn't touch Brown either though _________________
Drive off into the sunset, you brilliant bastard.
|

I am in a 12 team keeper league, where you select one keeper for the year. I had a horrible season last year after winning it 3 straight years. (not sure how that happened) I have the tough choice of choosing between Jamaal Charles and Aaron Rodgers, Qb's get 6 pts for TD's, so it could be considered a QB league. I will have the first pick of the draft after everyone chooses their keepers. One team has Arian Foster and Chris Johnson. I am wondering if I keep Charles, pick up one of those two and select a QB later, or keep Rodgers and choose between AFoster/CJohnson, and Jamaal. Although QBs drive the league and I love having Arod, I am wondering what the best strategy is for my team. I feel like having 2 great RBs and a mid level QB like Ryan, Romo, Rothlisraper is better than ARod, one great RB and some RB in what would-be the late third, like Deangelo (if he falls) Javid best, beanie wells.
What would you guys do? _________________

I stay away from Packers players as much as possible. Obviously, at a certain point it might be too good of value and that's when I take them. _________________

QB-Average, Romo is ok, Stafford is ok if he is healthy
RB-Solid but probably need some better bench backs
WR-Really good, Collie is boom/bust though but he is a bench player so it doesn't really matter. Worth the risk of drafting him
TE-Good. If there is one thing that Alex Smith can do consistently it's checkdown to Davis _________________
Drive off into the sunset, you brilliant bastard.
|

Rodgers
Finley

Stay away from everyone else unless you want Grant as like your #3 RB or WRs+Starks in a deep league _________________
Drive off into the sunset, you brilliant bastard.
|

I woudln't even take Jennings at his value. For fantasy purposes, he shouldn''t be as good as last season, and he's being valued right now as better.
I think i'm going to do one auction league this season. I've done auction mocks, but never an actual draft. _________________
