Well... I'm on staff and I must say I am really excited about this...
I am more of a strategist.. so my best position'll be either:
1) Head Coach
2) Defensive Coordinator or
3) Offensive Coordinator


But excited to do some sork getting that Raider Swagger Back... that "Commitment to Excellence"

I would have tried my hand at this, but I'm going to be in and out of internet for the next couple weeks and I didn't want to disappoint my fellow Raiders fans on staff.

For the Staff positions there was listed up to 7. Since we only have four members on this staff I'm going to have to combine some positions.

1. Head Coach
2 Assistant GM
3. Offensive Coordinator/Offensive scout
4. Deffensive Coordinator/ Defensive scout.

If you get voted to do one of these positions that I have described and do not want that position then let me know and we'll go with the person with the 2nd most votes.

I think we will all be doing our own scouting anways so I don't think that we need a scout. The positions should do the following once your picked to your position

I want the Asst GM to basically look for trades. I also want you to do your fair share of scouting. Also look into the thought of bringing in players that the OC and DC want to add.

I want the HC to evaluate the entire personel of the Raiders and give me a grade on each player number wise (much like Madden). On this try to keep personal feelings out of it, for instance since most of us our not huge Kerry Collins fan don't rate him a 50 when actually hes probably like an 83.

I want the OC/OS to evaluate what are the weakest links on our O, what players we can afford to move, and what draft picks will help the O out the most.

I want the DC/DS to evaluate what are the weakest links on our D, what players can we afford to move, and what draft picks will help the D out the most.

I think that the talent evaluation can be posted right in the forum for everyone to see as well as our scouting reports on players in the draft. Any trade thoughts or draft board talk should be through PM.

I'm going to choose the positions by vote
-Don't vote for yourself
-And after a vote if the remaining people all agree on what positions they want then that will be fine.
-just post your vote for the postion in this thread
