Just a heads up (from experience), but they may delete a few of your threads. Prettty sure you arent allowed to have that many active threads going at once. Last time we did one we had to do two games at a time.

Not that it bothers me...just telling you what they told us.

Anyway....both are solid teams and evenly matched in alot of areas. However, I would choose Nick Chowaniec's Team. It comes down mainly to the passing game.

I trust Nick's secondary alot more to shut down Eli Manning than I trust NIKEJWIN's team to shut down Phillip Rivers. Both of NIKE's corners have nice ball skills, but overall are average cover corners. The only player in NIKE's secondary that can be trusted in coverage regularly is Ed Reed, but with Rivers, Johnson & Johnson and Vernon Davis, there are too many mismatches for NIKE's team to keep up with.

And yes...I did consider pass rush in that as well. Williams and Freeney would definitely get pressure, but Nick's OLine is good enough, and would be able to give Rivers enough time on most plays to exploit those mismatches.

Also, I believe that Nick's Oline is better suited to stop the run.

Overall, there isnt a HUGE gap overall, but Id definitely take Nick's squad.

Im not surprised im losing but by how much is. I know his offense is pretty sick but in my opinion my defense might be the best out of our draft. My offense isnt terrible either in my opinion.

I think FourThreeMafia said it very well. Both teams are very good, and there isn't much of a gap when you break down the different areas.

To me, Eli doesn't really impress at all. I think I could take advantage of DeAngelo Hall, other than that, your D is very solid. I don't think your defense would be able to stop Rivers, as easily as I could shut down Eli.

I agree that both teams are pretty evenly matched but I wouldn't count Eli out against your secondary. Rivers is clearly the better QB but Antoine Winfield is a miserable fit for a Zimmer/Spags-style D, IMO, especially at this advanced point in his career. He'd have a hell of a time keeping up w/ any of NIKEJWN's WRs in this scheme.

I think it was just bad luck of the draw. I think we have two of the better teams in this. I dont know if I totally agree with what FourThreeMafia said though. I think my CBs might be a little weak but there not bad and with the pass rush I will get in Gregg Williams scheme they will be causing Turnovers all over the place. Again its all opinion based and I think just bad luck of the draw as I could see both our teams meeting in the finals if we were in different brackets.
