I know, and I'm not saying Kellen Moore should be drafted in the first 2 rounds, but I see potential there. |
7th round at most imo |
I see him as a 5th-7th round pick. _________________

Except, Thomas can make all the throws, both short, intermediate, and long...The other two can't...the only thing Moore really has going for him is his short passing game and high football IQ. _________________

Which is why I think Kellen Moore can be a solid back-up in the NFL. _________________

Short Dink.& Dunk passes dont work. Ask the Browns.

If Thomas could make all the throws, he would get drafted.
Moore is a better QB, by a longshot really. _________________

I agree with that. We have drafted plenty of players from big schools or at least schools that people know of.
Also, I agree we have taken plenty of players from small schools BUT, alot of those guys have been talked about on this very forum, people were aware of their careers and how good/bad of a prospect they are, example:
Will Rackley Lehigh: Plenty of FF posters liked Rackley, but because we took him, there is a stigma
Cecil Shorts Mount Union: We even took Shorts in FFMD for Pete's Sake!!
Rashad Jennings Liberty: He actually was a Pittsburgh transfer, but he played incredibly well at Liberty. Because of his time in Pittsburgh, people liked him as a late-rounder
Jarrett Dillard Rice: Dillard was about as well-known as a small-school WR can be. Rice isnt a typical small school, but still very small. Dillard's confidence, leaping ability and stats were very good and people knew him VERY well on FF.
There is no doubt that we have taken off-the-wall players from no-name schools, but I'd say half of the guys we have taken from small schools were names to the above average FF draft lovers. _________________

That is a typical Gene response though, I think he has said it before _________________

Rashad Jennings went in the third round in both FFMD drafts that year. _________________

Yeah I agree, & the small.school guys we have drafted all kinda have some hype, like Josh Norman this year. _________________
