| i cant find his 2011 Salary Cap Hit... for a 33 year old RT i dont think i would make this trade... id rather see what mario henderson could do at RT, and get a rookie RT in the 3rd or 4th. Cough Barksdale Cough |

Sorry not part of this just a heads up.
Will be 34 during the next season and coming off achilles surgery, I'd pass.

I don't disagree with that but another point of view is, this is not like a keeper MD, so the idea is to get the best team you can on paper. I don't know that I would make that trade, but its something to keep in mind.

As the DC I am interested, but only if we are changing to a 3-4. Those two are both ILBs in their respective system if I recall. in a 4-3 your only need one top tier MLB and Ro did a hell of a job for us last year.
