He started arbitrarily kicking owners because they wouldn't accept his trades, replacing them with buds of his.

It was pretty messed up. The guy had a habit of writing long e-mails explaining why you basically HAD to make this deal with him, then getting mad if your replies weren't equally long. I mean, he got mad at me for not dealing Kershaw and Latos for Josh Johnson and some other pitcher. Granted, this was early in the season, but he was livid that I didn't make the deal.

In hindsight, of course, having Kershaw and Latos on the same pitching staff basically won me the season, but he was not having any of it at the time.
hahaha, this was soooo funny. He actually would go on and on about it, literally 6 long paragraphs or so about it. I thought I was the only one he did it to but I guess he did it to everyone.

Crazy.

Yep. He got angry if your replies weren't as long as his. He basically just tried to browbeat folks into trading with him, which is annoying but not so horrible until you count the fact that he started kicking people who wouldn't make the trades. It was pretty egregious abuse as the league's head.

But yeah, it's also funny that he was livid that I didn't give him arguably the two best young fantasy pitchers in the National League for Josh Johnson and a spare.

Still haven't heard back from chipper, Jets39, hawk, and Jawn.

The last 3 haven't read the PM's yet, so probably haven't been on the site, but I've seen chipper around.

Still early, ESPN doesn't open up till early February, but I would like to get our owners set by mid January.

What's up guys, I'm in again. As you can tell, I'm not particularly active on FF anymore, but I'm definitely in on the league again, and you can count on me being active in the league.

Awesome to have you back man. Just keep a eye on this thread here and there, cause I believe we will state our keepers here, so it's much easier for me to put in the rosters.

X_Factor_40: I'll let you know if a team opens up, right now we just have 3 owners that haven't checked in. So I'll let you know.

I think I have a very solid team heading into this season with

Felix Hernandez
Josh Johnson
David Price
Tommy Hanson
John Danks
Brandon Morrow
Edwin Jackson
Carlos Marmol

Prince Fielder
Josh Hamilton
Rickie Weeks
Vladimir Guerrero
Vernon Wells
Michael Young
Kurt Suzuki

but... I think I will have to hand the team over to someone else. I never really got into the whole type of scoring this league is run with, I prefer more of the individual points scoring.

Thanks though

I'll vouch for XFactor for taking over Hawk050's team.

You also vouched for Brownietheelf to take over a team.

Thanks Hawk050, you where a good owner and we made a few deals. Thanks for letting us know early.

He would be awesome as well.

We have a lot of good options to replace owners which is real nice.

Is it me or I can't find my team on Yahoo? It only shows my fantasy football and hockey teams on there.

There is a link on my first post of this thread that shows the final rosters.

Rams' Keepers

Guys who aren't going anywhere unless you blow my socks off:
Adrian Gonzalez
Mark Teixeira
Troy Tulowitzki
Evan Longora
Dan Haren
Yovani Gallardo
Jered Weaver

Guys who I'd think about, but don't really want to trade:
BJ Upton
Jacoby Ellsbury
Madison Bumagarner
Brian Matusz
Phil Hughes

Those 2 groups compose my top 13, so I'd be willing to trade anybody else in the right type of deal. Otherwise, I'm down to keeping 2 of these 4:
Brian Roberts
Carlos Beltran
Corey Hart
Jeremy Hellickson

I won't say which way I'm leaning, but if you guys are interested in making a deal (and I'm assuming it's keepers only at this point), please send me a PM. Lots of good young pitching is kind of available with Bumgarner, Matusz and Hughes, so let me know. I'm looking for 2B and OF, by the way.
