Oh yeah. Of course. don't we all... Still, with a player like vick you need a solid 2nd string. the sad truth. _________________

ok, calm down bulldog. i didn't mean to cause offence. i think that shock has the potential to be an excellent back up to vick. but i wouldn't want him to be second string next year, coz that would be too much to ask of a rookie qb who is still very raw. so bring in a vet for a couple of years.
and i wouldn't want him to see much action BECAUSE I DON'T WANT VICK TO BE INJURED! _________________

If we had a QB that didn't have the habit of getting injured shock would be a good 2nd string. Well... If we draft him we should see how he does in training camp, and if hes better then a vet that we sign then shock should be 2nd string. (plus his style fits our scheme more then a slow vet) but I overreacted. _________________

The only problem with us taking Shock is that he is more of a vertical passer, instead of a WCO type of guy. I think a team who runs a vertical offense & needs a QB will take a shot at picking him up in the 3rd or 4th round, because you can't dispute the year he had at UGA. Shockley is a gamer and is vastly underrated by the majority of people who only saw him at the Senior Bowl. _________________
