This will require a lot of attention from all GM's...

Heres what is going down... Each team will have 2 co-GM's.. only 1 team per person... First we will start with teams cutting players... Whatever the player that you cut costs against the cap, you get half of it back towards the total salary cap. (ex. Damien McIntosh costs 4 million against the cap with 2 years left. If you cut him, you get 2 million added to the cap)Then, you have a cap penalty of however many years are left he has on his contract... (10%-1 year) (20%-2years.. etc.) (so for McIntosh there is a cap penalty of 0.8 million that will be deducted from the cap.)

Once everyone is cut, we will have a free agent session. Heres how this works. I will appoint 8 people who will be divided in groups of 2. The 4 groups will then be given and represent 1/4th of the free agents (including guys that have gotten cut)... Each player will have a post, and this is where teams will offer contracts to the player. The contract will be very basic... a 2 year 5 mil will count as 2.5 against the cap, etc. The group assigned to the player will then decide which team they want to go for. This is where they must be un biased and think in terms of the player. Teams have to be smart though who they sign, and I will likely have a minimum cap going into the draft that way people don't overspend.

Then the draft comes.. 7 rounds

Trades, Franchises and transitional tags will be implemented but keep in mind how much that will effect the cap.

Here is the current salary cap as of right now...

Cleveland Browns $34 M
Arizona Cardinals $34 M
Minnesota Vikings $27 M
Green Bay Packers $25 M
San Diego Chargers $24 M
Seattle Seahawks $24 M
San Francisco 49ers $21 M
Jacksonville Jaguars $20 M
Chicago Bears $20 M
Cincinnati Bengals $19 M
St. Louis Rams $19 M
Baltimore Ravens $18 M
Houston Texans $17 M
Buffalo Bills $13 M
New Orleans Saints $13 M
Detroit Lions $12 M
Philadelphia Eagles $10 M
NY Giants $6 M
Dallas Cowboys $5 M Texas_OutLaw7
New England Patriots $3 M
Indianapolis Colts $3 M
Carolina Panthers $2 M
Pittsburgh Steelers $-1 M
Miami Dolphins $-2 M- dafinman
Tampa Bay Buccaneers $-5 M
Atlanta Falcons $-7 M
Tennessee Titans $-7 M
Washington Redskins $-17 M blknite01
Kansas City Chiefs $-19 M
Denver Broncos $-23 M
NY Jets $-26 M npro0609
Oakland Raiders $-27 M

This is a projected cap from askthecommish.com (95 M salary cap)

If your team is in bad shape, just remember cutting players and trading guys are still an option.

ALSO... I AM GOING TO NEED 8 PEOPLE TO VOLUNTEER FOR FREE AGENTS... YOU CAN BE A GM ALSO, BUT REMEMBER U CANT BE BIASED

Free Agents:

I will be the Washinton Redskins.

Obviously the CBA has to be reached but I can get under the cap by 12 million if it is and only cut 4 people. So don't go like WTF? If it is Reached.

the contracts I have are based on a 92 Mil cap... there is a strong possibility that it becomes 95 mil, therefore I will add 3 Mil to everyones cap...
