NBA (Suns suck tho, LeBron is God), NCAAB (UofA), and MLB (Dbacks). I'm good.
I'm a baseball guy first, so I can make it. Nothing beats NFL Sunday though, so definitely miss that. |

Rugby league season starts soon, so watching my sea eagles
Going to go to Sydney to watch them at their home ground a few times this year and probably to watch them play the broncos (Brisbane home team) in week 1
Then it is soccer rest of the way |

I say this every year, but you American guys need to get into the AFL. The season is just starting (preseason started yesterday).
We even have an online provider, similar to gamepass
http://afltv.afl.com.au/
The preseason is free to watch, so get on it! _________________

This is Cardinals talk, but...Well...
Imagine if in the 2011 draft we took the wrong Sherman? What if we were meant to draft Richard and ended up with Anthony?
Random Note; Draft we could have had;
1 - Patrick Peterson
2 - Kyle Rudolph
3 - Justin Houston
4 - Colin McCarthy
5 - Richard Sherman
Think of that starting D;
Campbell - Williams - Dockett
Scho - McCarthy - Washington - Houston
Sherman - Rhodes - Wilson - Peterson

Tis the season for watching good live sport in OZ atm.
Been to A League (soccer, Roar), Rugby (Reds vs Tahs) and going to 7 NRL games all before end of April.
Trying to get an AFL in there as well, but dont have many free weekends at this stage. |

7 NRL games, how many home games do the Bronc's have between now and the end of April? Or do you make the trip down to Sydney? _________________ Patrick Peterson - 92 targets, 40 catches allowed, 602 yards, 6 TD's, 7 INT's

NRL Season started last night people, get excited.
You can watch every game via an app on your phone, so you Yanks go get it, NRL Live i think it is called.
Headed out tonight to see Brisbane Broncos vs Manly Sea Eagels (my team), should be a great friday night, better if Manly crush them Broncos. |

Quite funny how the SBW quote of "Spending time with the pretty boys" is being taken out on context.
The reports coming out are that he is refering to the game of Rugby as a "Pretty Boys" game, when in reality he is refering to his time in the back line in rugby and now moving back into the forwards in league. _________________ Patrick Peterson - 92 targets, 40 catches allowed, 602 yards, 6 TD's, 7 INT's

SBW played well, even got a try.
Roosters commit too many penalties, they will never learn, they could have come back in the 2nd half. |

As I know all of you are keen for more Manly Sea Eagle and NRL News, so here is Friday nights update.
Went to the game in the rain, along with 35,000 people and Manly the underdogs and away team, smashed the home team Bronocs 22 - 14, after trailing 14 - 8 at the half.
Great game in the end, after a slow start by the Eagles.
Broncos were dominating at the half, but in 8 minutes just after half time, Manly ran in 3 tries (touchdowns) to build a lead and never looked threatened.
1 - 0 with 23 rounds to go. |

Greetings! I spend most of my time in the Titans forum, however I currently live in Phoenix.
I have a question regarding downtown Phoenix. I'm considering purchasing a sports bar, the old Jackson's on Third building. Why did that bar go out of business? How is foot traffic on gamedays (baseball and basketball)?
I have opened many restaurants and am considering expanding to Phoenix and that building looks like the most perfect spot for a sports bar, but I am not all that familiar with downtown.
Thanks, guys! _________________
