IF he is still available in the 5th do you think that the Texans should take this guy. I mean he showed great promise in his one season at OSU but the downfall is his attitude. Tell me what you think!

I think that you almost have to if you can get him after round 5. Being an Ohio St. fan, I got to watch him a lot, and what amazed me wasn't so much his running but his blocking, pass catching, and overall field sense. Coming in as a freshman and picking all of that up was pretty impressive.

I agree. If the guy can get his life together and get back to being focused on football, he is a first-round talent kinda guy. Definitely worth the risk in the 4th or 5th.

What about going out and getting him with one of our 2 third rd. picks?

depends on how he tests. If he performs well at workouts the guy could be a second round pick. But if he's as out of shape as rumors say he is, he might be a late round pick.

If he just had character issues and had played football recently and tested well, he could be a second round pick. But his being out of football for 2 years, questions about his durability(he only played 60-70% of the time at OSU because of injuries), along with character issues will make him no better than a 4th round pick, if he tests well. He has dug himself a deep hole.

I would be suprised if they did pick him up. Looks like Casserly and McNair tend to pick players with little baggage!
