Penguins have claimed Zach Boychuk off waivers. He's only 23; and was the #14 overall pick in the 2008 draft by Carolina. He's just maturing now, so we could have a nice steal here thanks to Carolina.

The Pens looked a lot better last night. They moved the puck well and took advantage of some of the rangers mistakes. Vokun looked solid i'm net.

I'd rather the Penguins go to the playoffs as a #7 seed than a #2 seed at this point. They play better on the road than they do at home.

3 in a row and Sid is starting to look like he is getting his game totally back. It looks like he put that concussion- neck thing behind him. He keeps getting behind the Defense the way he has been good things are sure to come!

In fact, Paul Martin is outscoring Ovechkin on the season...

Kunitz was given the first goal in Sunday's game... giving him 4 in the game.
No Penguin has done that since 2000 when Jagr did it. No Penguin did it on the road since Mario did it in 1997.

Pens win another one. They made it closer than it should have been. Being up 3-0 then letting in 2 quick 3rd period goals to make it 3-2.

Reverend Lovejoy heading to Anaheim. He was traded just moments ago for a 5th rounder.
Penguins are also trying to get Nikolai Kulemin. He played on Malkin's wing this lockout in the KHL. Would be nice if we can get him while his value is low.

Crosby's hit no where near the puck; no penalty.
Malkin is pushed around after the play, he pushes back and get a penalty? 
I guess they really didn't want us to try to get six in a row?
