Im thinking deangelo williams also.
if he is in our scheme, i think he can be a 2000 yard back. i know its bold, but i think with the way he handles the load, and him being small and his ability to cutback would defn fit our scheme perfectly. |

Ko Simpson.
DeAngelo Williams - RB - too slow from what I've been hearing.
Winston Justice- OT - we don't need a OL i nthe first
LeDale White- RB - no thanks. he is Duckett #2
Marcus McNiel - OT - doesn't fit our scheme at all
Laurence Maroney - RB - not worth the #15
Darnell Bing- S - not worth the #15. _________________

Everything I have read has Bing ahead of Simpson??? Scar, tell me why you are so high on him?? I know we need Saftey/CB... but Williams has the stats at RB...

Ko Simpson is a big hitter, he also has the cover skills that has shut down a very good UGA passing game more or less on his own the past 2 years. before Ko UGA woudl always know where tothrow on the SoCar defense but when Ko is there the deep ball was ocmpletely taken away. he may not be the most amazing player right now but he is very similar to Polamalu coming out of college. _________________

Bing is not really worthy of a first round pick IMO. The times I have seen him play, he was much less of a factor than I was expecting, whereas Ko is constantly making plays & tackles in every big game I saw him in except for the bowl game v. Missouri. And I think he still had like 7 tackles. _________________

Darnell Bing just disappears on some plays... Ko Simpson has leadership qualities and isn't selfish... RB is pretty deep this year we really need to address DEF RD 1.... _________________

if available...
first choice... DE Mathias Kiwanuka
second choice... S Michael Huff
third choice... S Ko Simpson
and if neither are there at #15... then i'll officially hate having the #15 pick. |

After watching the Senior Bowl it is obvious to me that DeAngelo Williams is the pick if he IS there at our pick. He showed tremendous game speed, burning down the field for a 30 yard gain on a screen pass. I thought he wasn't that fast, but he plays very fast obviouosly. _________________

Man Ive seen huff in only 4 or 5 games and i know that he's numbero uno. W/o a doubt the best safety in the draft. but i agree that kiwi is good, a great DE. But we have people who can play at DE. we DONT have any descent safties. _________________

Huff is far from without a doubt the best Safety in this draft class. Jimmy Williams, Ko Simpson, and a couple others could easily turn out to be better players. _________________

hmmm it seems like it would be a waste to waste a top ten pick on a safety if youre in such a desperate situation like they 49ers, they need a runningback or something. _________________
