I don't really know much about atlanta O Line... can someone give me an overview on are stong points and weak points... I guess Kynan Forney seems to be ptrry solid in the guard spot but other then that it doesn't seem we have a very good line on paper but they seem to play well _________________

Omiyale, Fonrey and McClure are all very good fits for the scheme and LEhr is serviceable. Weiner however is too injured to play enough. we like guys who are smaller and quicker as well as have good footwork and know how to pass block already. keep in mind 3 of the starters on the OL were brought in by Reeves and not Gibbs. _________________

Shaffer sucks.
Lehr sucks.
McClure is weak.
Forney is inconsistent but reasonably solid.
Weiner is solid if he's healhty considering who he has to face every year.
I would start by rebuilding the left side. Shaffer is a FA, and Lehr can't get the job done at LG. We really need to work on getting premier players at those positions or fixing our defense, instead of trying to do both through the draft. _________________

gibbs is all over omiyale, so that's LT sorted. I gather that he is perfect for the run game, and is an improvement over Shaffer on pass protection. That said, he was a low round pick, so it might be a mistake to expect too much...
forney's fine. at centre, Flanagan from GB could be a good fit as an FA, but i doubt that they let him go unless forced by the cap. he'd probably be serviceable at LG too.
apart from that, there's not much option but to pick up a couple of linemen in the draft. and unless one of the top tackles falls to the second round, i can only see us picking up the usual little guys in the lower rounds.
not that i'd call them little to their face... _________________

i think that our tackles are our weakest part of our line in our line, and that hopefully will become more important this year if they let vick get out of the pocket (see signature below) _________________
