Am I the only person that doesn't like the newest guy? Used to be the prospect the big sloppy looking guy. I don't know what it is he just doesn't seem to fit.
This season was the best yet in my opinion the finale I was really mad when it ended..

The ending was well done. I felt bad for Clay after what Gemma did to him, he did a lot of bad things but that was still rough to see. I felt bad for Tara being arrested and charged for a crime she didn't commit and she was finally going to take the children and get out of that town. I lost respect for Jax this season, he has become a ego driven cold blooded killer who lost the sides that I respected about him. I always felt that while Jax was a criminal, deep down he was actually not a bad guy, now just an a-hole. And I loathe Gemma, she is a evil manipulator.
I also found it interesting that in the final shot you saw Abel putting on Jax's club ring. Signifying that the life he once said he didn't want for his boys, will be their eventual life if this keeps up, especially with Gemma around and controlling things.

Yeah I know who your talking about and totally agree. He's looks out of place and looks more like a wuss than a biker. Waste of a character imo...

I agree. They've been working him in more and more, and I think he gets a much more significant role next year.

I agree. They've been working him in more and more, and I think he gets a much more significant role next year. |
What they really need to do is play off the out of place biker guy they have built up for him and first episode next season have him go completely nuts. Something like cutting a guys head off and then the club finding him with 4 chicks. They need to give this guy some dichotomy in the worst way.

The reason I don't like Filthy Phil is because he looks like some huge nerd (literally) in the midst of badasses. Every other Son (even Juice) looks like they would take on anyone while Phil looks like a wuss. What does his character even do except mozy around? He offers nothing.

Totally agree. Didn't like the character as a prospect and really don't like him now even patched in. He seriously needs a storyline to prove he brings something to the table.

I agree with you 100%. He's just appears big, sloppy, and soft.
But we'll see how he plays out. I have faith in Sutter loved what he did with The Shield and this last season was to me the best yet of SOA. My heart was racing at times literally. When Tig was about to be burned I knew in my mind it wasn't going to happen I just knew Jax wouldn't give up a brother but my heart felt different it was pounding like crazy, lump in my throat. That to me is the sign of good television

Haha, I totally agree with you guys as well. I wonder why they didnt give him any people to kill this season, they easily could have made him kill one of the guys in the numerous group shoot outs to make him look cool.
