WoW, had no idea the games were already here. Thanks for posting this, or I'd have forgotten all about it! Looking forward to seeing a lot of that stuff, although it isn't exactly a good test for Suh to go against the weak Steeler's OL which is on the same caliber as some college teams lol. _________________

Don't expect a whole lot from Suh. His holdout is probably going to set him back a bit. _________________

Well yeah, I was just being sarcastic there. Looking forward to seeing the Lions this year though, with Stafford no longer a rook, along with Megatron, Best, and their new DL and everything. _________________

Wow... it is really refreshing to see a GDT. Welcome back, boys!!
This season has a beginning to a great story that has yet to be written. It's your typical "what else could go wrong"/"chips are down" just waiting for the team and city to unite and march against all odds to the Superbowl. I mean.. think about it. The morale in the fanbase is as low as it's been in years. There are a few diva players that are making it hard to like the Steelers. What a better story to see it all come together?
Nonetheless... it's good to see a GDT. |

Hoping to see Suh play.
He and Van Den Bosch should give us some kind of gauge. _________________

So I've read some buzz that the Steelers may be trying to do some more trick plays this season. Think we'll see any against the Lions? _________________

I've been hoping for that since Cowher left! We need to open it up more with trick plays, IMO because it keeps the defense on there toes. I wouldn't mind if they did one against Detroit but Id rather they do it on the national televised game _________________

Calvin Johnson should play, right?
I wanna see how our secondary can handle a top 5 wideout early on, as well as the good TE's the Lions have. _________________

How much will #7 play? How will Tomlin handle rotating the QB's in general?
It seem to me that since Lefty is the one who needs to be healthy and ready in week 1, he may be the guy doing the typical starter's reps and Ben does the #2 reps... meaning that Ben could actually end up playing MORE this pre-season.
What do others think? |
