The last 5 minutes of the episode I was in and out. What did LaGuerta pick up on Dexter? I saw something with a car.

She was looking at people in the department who own boats I believe.

| I think LaGuerta is on to something. This season is already the best since season 4. These characters are great, and I could see one or more of them lasting into the final season. |

I'm glad this show got back on track. Pretty much every plot line feels relevant and interesting, outside of maybe Quinn and the stripper.
LaGuerta's investigation will probably lead to a cliffhanger at the end of the season.

Best season since 4, the last two were terrible. Really glad it's back!

what was LaGuerta looking at when she found Dexters name on that last, what was the list about?

I thought it was god-awful, I almost didn't want to watch this season. They coped out in season 5 by Deb letting Dexter walk away. Last season only thing that came out of the season that has continued on was Deb finding Dex, but realistically they could have just made Debra find Dexter in season 5, and then we wouldn't have had that garbage season.

I thought season 5 was worse than 6. At least the killings in season 6 were cool.
And completely irrelevant side note, if you were Deb and practically every guy that you dated died, wouldn't you think you're doing something wrong?

s5 and s6 were terrible. I was making fun of Homeland to a buddy of mine because it had a filler episode...he rebutted by telling me I can't talk as Dexter has had filler seasons. He was right. Dex-Lumen was bad. The main antagonists were terrible. The plots were filled with holes. The writing was downright awful, filled with meticulously placed trash that went out of character of near every person on this show...oh and the characters were hardly ever given anything noteworthy to do.
Batista turned into a sad old man, LaGuerta became annoying, Quinn became the obnoxious screw up...the only person given good story lines (mainly because he never has any story lines -- or lines in general besides a few zingers) is Masuka.
In fact, if you look back at the old postings on s5 and s6 I'm sure near every post by me about those seasons is negative. Which probably became annoying to some viewers on here, but I had to call a spade a spade. s7 is so far beyond those seasons it's not even funny.
