Meh. Talib already burned his bridges under Raheem. I have no real issue with that trade, especially now with Revis.

But it just hurts knowing we let him go for a 4th round pick that with Dominick's track triedprobably will bust (fingers crossed on Gholton)

Ahh Eggy, only problem is: We aren't using Revis the right way. I seen tonight Talib was just pressing White and Jones all day and just simply shut them down.

Also, Blount and Talib couldnt succeed here in Tampa. Why not? That's the million dollar question. It just starts from the top. We are a poorly run organization. The pats simply are not.

I'll agree with that, but we're still better off with those two moves. Talib had to go, and I feel (hope) that we'll allow Revis to do what he does best.

Yeah. No question Talib exhausted his chances here in Tampa. But Blount stayed clean off the field. I just don't understand how these two couldn't succeed here, with Talib off the field and Blount on it, but they flourish elsewhere.

Michael Bennett, unfortunately suffering a terrible injury today, was also flourishing. Word has it he has movement, so all is well.

Feels weird to put this news in this thread, but since he's not on the team anymore it makes sense.

Josh Freeman told me he'd like to make a decision tonight on where to go, wants to compete for starting job. raiders, bills, Niners, Vikings, Packers among teams who've reached out

Raiders, Bills and Vikings make the most sense as he could actually start for either of these teams this season. Packers and 49ers are interesting. From a coaching/learning standpoint they would both good destinations because he still has a lot to work on.

My money is on the Raiders.

Going to the 49ers would mean going from a dysfunctional franchise to arguably the best run in the NFL. I think going to learn under Harbaugh would be the best thing for his career, but he doesn't have much of a chance of starting anytime soon unless Kaep gets hurt.

If he wants to play right away, Bills are an easy choice. Easily better than Tuel.

Familiar with Olson. Niners would be a great opporutnity to learn for a year.

But I expect Free to go to Oakland.

It was just announced that Freeman signed a one year contract with the Vikings. I guess that they needed someone who is good at handing the ball off. Rolling Eyes Also someone who could come off the field with a dumb look on his face and blame everybody else for what went wrong. Laughing

Anyone here interested in playing in a mafia game I'm hosting? It starts tomorrow and will probably last about a week. It's pretty fun and you don't have to have experience to play.

Here's a guide that explains how it works.

Here's the game if you wanna sign up.
