No clue who this guy is. He's off the charts... even for me!

Is that CC as in community college?

I wouldn't trust that. There is a community college by that name, and they have a football program. Nobody by that name though.

Loved the Charger draft.

Traded up for a good RB, getting Butler in Round 3 is a steal, Cam Thomas is a monster steal and Crompton is a developmental QB in case Rivers gets hurt. Well done Chargers
I like the players we got for the most part.

What could of been

28, 58, 60, 91, 126, 159. 186, 235. Keep our 11' 4th and 5th, Lose the seahawks 11' 3rd, not draft a LB in the 3rd.

I have a feeling ILB would have been a pick regardless. All 4 ILBs are on one year contracts.

And you're mad if you don't think AJ Smith trades up in that scenario either. That's too much ammo for him to resist.

There's no such thing as not enough ammo for AJ. The guy would trade his kids if he ran out of pick for the next 2-3 years. If AJ sees a guy he likes, he'll find a way to make a deal.

wasn't implying that he wouldn't draft an ILB.

AJ would still be AJ but 28-60 would look different.

UNH tight end Scott Sicko calls it a career before he even signs with a team.

Kevin Acee is reporting Seyi Ajirotutu as signed. If thats true, I'll predict he makes the squad and Buster's roster spot is in jeopardy.

Buster's likely safe. We don't have squat for a returner after Sproles right now, unless Mason turns out to be some sort of miracle child... and somehow with the lack of UDFA RB being brought in I have to imagine some sort of post-June 1st (AJ's not going to risk his precious comp picks over a depth signing) FA filler will come along (see the likes of Fargas - which wouldn't be all that bad to be honest -, LaMont Jordan - Ick! -, or Ladell Betts. Won't be Westbrook because he's a physical away from signing with the Rams. Or we might go the route of the Giants from last year and wait to see who hits waivers from another squad that they're attempting to sneak through to the PS and we can sign them away similar to what the G-men did with Gartrell last year.

Either way, we lack a return man after Sproles and Buster is AJ's boy... so unless Busted manages to get injured before the end of the preseason, if Seyi makes the squad it'll be over Banks.

That's my Community College, where long ago I attended their police academy. Now that I'm back from the Laughlin River Run and have a new blackberry, I have to ask... Where did Coker sign?

Nowhere yet that I can see. Houston and SF were the last two teams to show interest in him, but that was pre-draft.

And i just realized that we got 3 out of the top 4 from ESPN's "best of the rest" list. Sweet.
