It looks like it's going to be Alonso and Vettel fighting it out for the championship.

I didnt watch it all but it was hardly a good race, nothing much happened for the first half. McLaren and Hamilton really should be leading the WDC and CC this year. |
You can call it "luck" all you want, but if Alonso wins the Driver's Championship this year in that car it will go down as one of the greatest driver seasons ever. |
Wait... what?
The first seven races were awesome, but after that it hasn't been the greatest season ever. |
He said "Driver" season as in his performance _________________

This was the best news I've heard all year...
Hamilton to Mercedes
Perez to McLaren _________________

I think that Schumacher may quit for good this time, but who knows? _________________

He can find a seat. He can still drive, albeit not at a championship level, and he brings money to the team.
It's really a question of whether he wants to. He's had two huge crashes this year, both of them entirely a result driver error on his part, and he has to be wondering if his heart is still in it. _________________

There's a lot of rumours floating around about Schumacher possibly going to Sauber. _________________

Excited to see Rosberg and Hamilton as teammates again. I love Schumi but I think Rosberg needed a teammate like Lewis, he'll need to push hard to beat him. _________________

Tbh Rosberg doesn't stand a chance. I like him as a driver but he lacks a certain edge to push him into that top tier. _________________

I'm not saying it's luck, nowhere even mentioned luck. Alonso has driven great and been very smart. I'm not discrediting Alonso really. Hamilton has had his fair share of bad luck this season though, be it through mechanical failures, moronic pit stop errors or Maldonado ploughing into him. All I was saying is that essentially McLaren have had a care with the pace to win and Hamilton has been driving well enough to have won the WDC and CC this year. |
There is no way in this world that Hamilton deserves to be leading the Drivers Chamionship over Alonso based on the way the two have driven so far this year. |
I didn't say he deserved it either. You can't deny Hamilton has been driving well for that most part, he's had his share of failures this year that haven't been self inflicted unlike in the past. If he hadn't had so many issues him and Alonso would probably have been neck and neck. I know arguing in hypotheticals is pointless but he's been driving well. _________________

The latest rumor that has gained traction on twitter is Hulkenberg to Ferrari...
I also saw Will Buxton say (albeit jokingly perhaps) that because Ferrari were so reluctant to sign up Perez and let him go so easily because they have a deal in place with Vettel for 2014...
Food for thought... _________________

I was thinking Ferrari might make a move for one of the Force India boys. _________________

Looks like Schumacher is retiring for good:

Wonder if he'll intentionally slam into Vettel or Hamilton. Just once, for old times sake. _________________

Would be nice if he could get one last podium before the end of the season. _________________
