yeah man
lost a bit of interest this year though, because of the rule changes, the fact that 10th place gets points and my favourite driver Kimi Raikkonen isn't in this year.
todays race was good though. you guys must get that race at like 3am? _________________

I am an F1 fan.
My favorite driver is having an awesome year in a switch to a new team. Nico Rosberg drove great today (aside from going off course in the lead). As a Rosberg fan I am shocked that he is beating Schumi by a 40 point margin. I know Schumi just came back, but he looks to be getting worse. _________________

Yes! Mainly a Lewis Hamilton fan, last nights race was a good one, pretty crazy with all the weather and tyre issues. Quite a fan of Rosberg too, he's always been consistent, if he can just get a car that can compete with the top 3 teams he is a real contender.
Not a Button fan though _________________

Have to agree with you there. As for Rosberg, we are finally seeing some of that promise because he finally has a reliable car under him. _________________

My interest is casual at best, but it sure beats Nascar ...
A little story - when my Dad worked in Oxford before I was born, he went to the same fishing shop as Ross Brawn and knew him really well. Ross was working in the wind tunnels for Williams at the time, and he actually made my Dad a fishing Rod (my Dad still has this today with Ross' name on it).
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ross_Brawn
| Quote: | | Brawn was hired by Sir Frank Williams in 1978 as a machinist for the newly formed Williams team. He quickly moved up through the ranks, working in the R&D department and as an aerodynamicist in the team's wind tunnel. |
| Quote: | | Brawn lives in Stoke Row, near Henley-on-Thames. In his spare time he enjoys gardening, fishing and listening to music. In 2006 Brawn received an honorary degree of Doctor of Engineering (DEng) from Brunel University for his services to motorsport. |

Nice story. Ross has a brilliant mind for engineering and mechanics. What he did last year was simply brilliant! _________________

i'm A Big Red Bull Mark Webber fan , he seems to be able to do it in Qualifying but when it comes to race time he just falls back to the pack, i regularly attend the Australian Grand Prix @ Albert Park in Melbourne but my Fave track is Monte Carlos or even Valencia.
i'm not a fan of the amended rules of no Fuel refills @ Pitstops , it takes alot of the stratergy out of the race , if they should do a 1,2 or 3 stop. _________________

Ah Jenson, good on him to make the right move, Hamilton had a stellar drive. Four stops and getting that close, granted the safety car was there, but I think he could have taken Button in equal circumstances. _________________

Just an awesome race today, some great driving from the front four. Was great to see such an even contest, McLaren had the pace for most of the circuit but Red Bull had a significant edge on turn 8. Could not believe the Vettel incident, wow that was crazy.
For the most part I blame Vettel, but Mark had been beaten, had been slower last few laps so in a way he was beaten. That said I can't ever imagine Webber just conceding if Vettel wanted the spot he had his space, He would have to take it, but he decided to twitch into Webber's car. Great end result though _________________

I usually watch Formula 1 when I am at my dad's house, he is a huge fan. I was more into it during the Schumaker days. I even had a video game for Nintendo 64.
My favorite racer now is Kimi Raikkonen, but he is not even racing this season, so I haven't really been watching much this year. However, I did see the race today. What a stupid move by Vettel, especially when you are going against your own teammate. I am glad Hamilton got the win, I like him as a person; he looked like he was going to be the next Schumaker when he was a rookie, he hasn't been anything like that since. _________________
