| If your the Falcons what do you do with Mike Vick. Hes not a good passer accuracy wise and he is not much of a leader. I doubt he'll ever win a super bowl. If your the Falcons owner whatd would u do. |

Keep him. I think you should be more worried about what the Giants are going to do with Eli rather than the Falcons with Vick.

they could be the worst team in the league and they would still sell out games. you have to keep him because he brings in a ridiculous amount of revenue.

| They should get some wide receivers. Then, improve the defense. Mike Vick is constantly debated on this site, but the reality is that he is a winner with mediocre stats. Plus, he sells tickets. |

this is the first time I've ever heard you say that. and it's exactly what they woudl do. but this should be in the Atlanta Falcons forum. not in the NFL forum. but to say he isn't much of a leader shows how little you have watched the Falcons. in 2002 he basically singlehandedly led us to a 9-6-1 record and to a divisional playoff birth (the defense was rated 20h that year I believe) he also led us to an 11-5 record in 2004. the Falcosn have never had a losing record with Vick as the starter and considering he is only 26 and he has never had the weapons around him that he now does and will get some more weapons in the backfield this offseason with the likely release of Duckett for a more multi dimensional back. Vick is not hte problem at all. if anything we need to get him some more OL in the secodn day that actually fit our scheme and then improve the defense as well. you can't win games when you have a bad defense giving up a Touchdown for everyone you score (which is why we went 2-6 in our last 8 games.) we had the #20 total defense, the #26 Run defense, and the #14 pass defense. We need to improve more into the range of #10 total defense, #10 run defense, #10 pass defense before I will be happy with our defense.

Oh great, another Vick thread. This is gonna end up being locked, i can already tell.
Keep Vick, to do anything otherwise would be stupid. Not only for the cap hell it would create, but also for the revenue you lose. It's really not even about the actual when you look at it that way.

the Falcons signed Mike Vick to a 10 year 130M dollar deal with 80M in the last 5 years. he isn't going anywhere for a long time. The Falcons owner (Authur Blank) told Vick "Your not leaving unless you are in a pine box" after he signed the contract. that tells you somehting.

Mike Vick didnt have a great year? agreed but he is not the reason we were 8-8 if we had a defense that showed up we would have a better record, the offense is reasonable but the defense outside of COLEMAN, BROOKING, KERNEY, WILLIAMS, HARTWELL, suck let the rest of the guys go SCOTT? has been a dissapointment how many tackles did he not make to many to count, CARPENTER? why is this guy still in the league now the rookies? DAVIS, BABINUEAX, SHROSPHIRE were great atleast they made tackles other than that no changes are needed, we need help for HALL
VICK has done more than enough for this franchise trading him should'nt even be a thought for the FALCONS organization, it's sad that people blame him for everything when he's not to blame oh and we will make it to a SUPER BOWL, I like RODDY and JENKINS alot they will be great for us.

| The Falcons will never trade Vick. He puts butts in the seats, period. If anything, the Braves should sign him as well in order to fill up Turner Field. |
