| Quote: | The Redskins offered DT Albert Haynesworth in trade talks for Donovan McNabb, according to league sources.
Other coaches said that they expect the Redskins to continue attempts to move Haynesworth, who is bucking attempts to play nose tackle with Washington playing more 3-4 now, according to sources. |
http://blogs.nfl.com/2010/04/05/source-skins-offered-haynesworth-to-eagles/
The Redskins gave Haynesworth a seven-year, $100 million contract last season on a deal that included $41 million guaranteed.
He played 12 games and recorded 37 tackles, 4 sacks and 5 pass defended but also helped pass-rushers Andre Carter and rookie Brian Orakpo record 11 sacks each. _________________

Because his contract is ridiculous and he is highly overrated. _________________

Contract?
I wonder what it would take to get him. I'd love to see him on the Hawks lining up next to Mebane. I don't know if he would want to come to Seattle though... |

Life of a Redskin fan... one step forward.. 2 steps back.
Why would you go out and get guys like McNabb, Parker, LJ, and Shanny if you are going to get rid of the biggest stud you have on defense???? _________________

Lions second round pick?
Then they could use their first round pick on a LT _________________ My XBL GT is Elway7Sharpe84

Pass. We are probably going to take Suh now, and could use that 2nd on a DE, RB, or CB, our other biggest needs. _________________

I would rather have Suh and our second than #2 and Haynesworth |

Titans fans got crucified for saying this last year. Doesn't seem like bitterness now does it? |
