| A lot of us in the Vikes forum want Gary Kubiak to become our next head coach. What do Denver Broncos fans have to say about him and what do you all think Kuby's chances are of leaving Denver? |

please don't take him from us. he's been a big part of jake plummer's transformation and you know he's the leader of our run game right now. he's never out schemed or out coached when it comes to offense vs. defense. i'm not sure about his leadership skills and how good of a head coach he'd be, but there are few better X's and O's offensive guys in the NFL. you'd be lucky to have him. _________________

he will eventually be a great coach in this league, whether or not he is given enough time during his first tenure is another question. he has been calling denvers plays on o for the past 2 years that i know of. he was a QB and is good at getting the most out of the posistion. he knows what to do. wherever he goes expect the Run game to get a huge boost on draft day. _________________ When you base your opinions off of facts instead of searching for facts that support your opinions you will find yourself often the contrarian but rarely the fool. |

| We need someonw in Minny who can help with the development of Culpepper and turning him into a better decision maker, ala Jake Plummer this year. Also, the Vikes have to find a consistent running game and Denver has the best over the years. I think Kubiak would do wonders in Minny but a lot of teams are requesting for interviews with Kubiak.Kubiak is defitnetely a great young and up and coming coach. I think this will be his last year in Denver, so many teams like Kubiak as a head coach. |

Gary Kubiak has been a vital part of our team for a long time.
Personally, he's awesome with players, is a great mentor for younger quarterbacks, but I'm not so sure how good he'd be with major personnel decisions. He doesn't do as much with our play calling as you'd figure, but has done very well in shaping our offense.
If you're going to want a coach who can get your offense rolling, Kubiak would be your guy. However, if you're wanting a coach who can improve a defense, you might want to look the other way.
All signs point him going to Houston though. _________________
