Working on a project, and could use some help from you guys. I'm going to include a questionaire below, if as many as possible could fill it out and share as much detail as possible, it'd be greatly appreciated.

  • Tell me about your Head Coach, his philosophies, and his style. What are his tendencies? What do most people not know about him?
  • Tell me bout your Offensive Coordinator, his philosophies, his style. What are his tendencies? What do most people not know about him?
  • What offensive scheme do you follow in the run, pass and blocking game? What is unique about it? What do most people not know about it?
  • Tell me about your Defensive Coordinator, his philosophies, his style. What do most people not know about him? What are his tendencies? etc.
  • What Defensive Scheme do you follow in the front 7 as wel as in coverage? What is unique about it? What do most people not know about it?
  • When drafting, how important is character?
  • During the draft, how active in the past have you been in trades?
  • Looking at your current roster, who are the up and comers? Who are future starters? Who is starting but shouldn't? Who is tradeable and their value? Who is a lifer?
  • During the offseason, how active in the past have you been at trading for veterans?
  • What has been the downfall of your team recently?
  • Where are your largest holes this offseason?
  • What are your biggest strengths this offseason?
  • What will it take for you to win a championship?

I appreciate each and every reply that I receive and promise that this information will be put to very good use in the very near future. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask - I'll be keeping an eye on this thread and try to reply ASAP.

While the Giants don't go out of their way to draft thugs, they've shown a willingness to pick troubled players with the philosophy that they will be bent into shape by Coughln.

Examples:
-Ahmad Bradshaw
-Mario Manningham

Up and Comers:
-William Beatty
-Hakeem Nicks/Mario Manningham
-Ramses Barden
-Kenny Phillips hopefully
-Ahmad Bradshaw

These guys should all start in this league

Guys like Seubert, McKenzie, Michael Johnson, and Goff/Blackburn come to mind as players who shouldn't be starting.

Quote:
What are your biggest strengths this offseason?

-Wide Receiver
-Tight End
-Running Backs
-Quarterback
-C, LT, RG
-Wherever Boley plays
-Defensive Ends should improve with Tuck's health

Quote:
What has been the downfall of your team recently?

-Horrific Coaching
-Lack of Pressure
-Zone Coverage
-Speed on Defense
-Redzone Defense
-Redzone Offense
-Kicking
-Injuries and lack of depth (Especially DT and the secondary)
-Laack of Leadership

Everyone knows he's a disciplinary. Not surprisingly, he's a big fan of the military and military history. A few of his coaches and former coaches coached for Army or Navy.

He was one of the creators of the WCO. He adjusts his scheme to the available personnel. For example, when we had the personnel for a run heavy offense, the Giants were at the top of the league in rushing. This last season, he adjusted the offense to a balanced attack, resulting in Eli having arguably the best season by a Giants QB since the 1960's.

Balanced attack last year, heading towards more and more passing judging by the personnel.

Known for his cover 2, but most people don't know about his all out, aggressive blitzes on passing downs.

Tough to say with a defensive coordinator change. Front 7 in built to bring pressure. Corners are built for man up coverage.

Quote:

Very important.

Quote:
During the draft, how active in the past have you been in trades?

Not so much early, but we have moved up a few spots in later rounds. Traded up for Ramses Barden last year, and Brian Kehl a 2 years ago.

Up and comers - Hakeem Nicks, William Beatty, Mario Manningham, Terrell Thomas, Kenny Phillips

Quote:

Not active at all

Quote:
What has been the downfall of your team recently?

Injuries and poor coaching on defense

Quote:
Where are your largest holes this offseason?

MLB, FS, DT

Quote:
What are your biggest strengths this offseason?

WR, CB, DE, QB

Quote:
What will it take for you to win a championship?

Our defense to from 2009 form to somewhere near 2007 form
