Word on the street is Claiborne is shopping himself around, and that he wants to move to mike(middle linebacker). considering we spent a 9th overall pick on him and he lead our team in tackles for the years we did have him, would it be worth it to try and regain his serivces this offseason. _________________

I voted No. I can't see him coming back here to play MLB for us with Holmes and maybe Rainer here.
He wouldn't get to fill that role with us the 1st year.
Now if he came to us then we should talk.
I wouldn't aim to target him unless he came to us. |

| I said yes because I think he would give us a lot of maneuvarbility with our LB's. He's above Rainer, and though I love Holmes, I think he can compete with him. If nothing else, he's younger and would give Earl some breaks to keep him fresh for a few more years. |

And I just thought that MAYBE he would if Millen were not going to return. I don't think he respected Millen after his "Coward" comment.
If he knew he wouldn't have to deal with him after 2005...maybe he would view his options. |
