I'd be shocked if Gonzalez wasn't the first alternate for the NFC. Since Davis and Witten made the Pro Bowl, and Celek was named the second alternate, who else could it be? It has to be Gonzo.

Without a doubt it is him, he finished 1st in fan voting.

I wonder who the 1st Alt CB is. I would think Antoine Winfield even though he does not deserve it.

DE Shaun Ellis, ILB David Harris are 2nd alts

To think, your a second alternative, when your in the middle of the leagues #1 defense and your personal stats include:

120+ TCKLS
5+ Sacks
2 INTs/3 PD
2 FF

Whatta bum!

Per Jonathan Goodwin's facebook, he's a 2nd alternate at C.

Will Smith is a 1st alternate at DE.

Weird. I got the alternate info from the Chargers website. The Texans website doesn't seem to clarify which alternate Jones is...oh well, guess we'll be finding out soon enough anyway.

[edit] On another note, Vincent Jackson is the THIRD alternate? I'm guessing Randy Moss is either 1st or 2nd, but who has the other spot??
