Merry Christmas everyone!!!
Christmas came a little early last week in the form of an amazing last second throw and catch from Ben to all of our favorite rookie Mike Wallace to keep our season alive...
..... not that a Steeler-Ravens game needs anything more to make it a must-see and exciting to watch we now have the prospects of both teams fighting for their playoff future!!!!!

I think so buddy......
Im going to be at that Miami game at the end of the season that I thought was going to be a meaningless game and now appears to be a playoff death match....I cant wait for that!
As for this week.....I hope Big7 can continue the hot streak from last week and torch the Ravens secondary and produce back to back wins to keep us alive in the playoff hunt....All of you guys that want us to lose out to improve our draft position are crazy.....You play to win the game! I'm liking the gameday thread!! This one is going to be another slug fest and it makes it even better being in the cold December weather on Christmas weekend... I'm actually more happy the Steelers came out and beat the Packers last week, because if you lost another game i was going to predict a 45-0 Raven loss in this week. Its the Pittsburgh Steelers for one and they just aren't a team who loses out and lays down, especially against one of the biggest rivals in NFL!!
Its going to be a close one, but i believe Pitt takes this one by 1-3 points. Ravens will win week 17 against Oakland and make playoffs with 3 AFC North teams making it!!! |

That would be great... I don't think its going to happen (too many other things need to fall into place)... but I would love another shot at the Bengals or the Patriots.

Thats awesome, it will be the first game I've attended at Heinz Field but I attended many in Three Rivers Stadium. I am really looking forward to it as well. I bought plane tickets back in May to go back home for Christmas and as soon as I saw this game on the schedule I knew I was going to do what I could to get tickets. So I will be freezing my butt off with my dad sitting in the end zone!!! Can't wait!

I'm going to say we both do actually... Bengals are a flop team IMO... one week they are elite and the next they are the Bengals of last year almost. |

Happy Holidays to everyone out there. I love that we get to spend our holiday weekend battling a respected rival. Hopefully we can come out on top this time.
It'd be nice to get a great Christmas gift of all those teams losing. I don't even care if we lose in the Wild Card, I'd rather see us in the postseason with a chance. It's just a lot to ask for. |

Webb being out is a big boost for you guys. Hopefully Reed comes back for this game.
I don't have a great feeling about this game, but I still can't wait for it. Ravens/Steelers in December in a playoff atmosphere with this much at stake? As you said... what could be better?
