Knowing how rare it is to throw 7 TDs in a game I don't see why so many QBs who have thrown 6 TDs by the 3rd quarter don't go for one more.

Like Brady yesterday, he had 5 at the half, why not throw 2 more??? Or 3 for the all time record?

Nice to see how marino torched so many franchises.

Good question. I was thinking about the 7 TD mark while watching the NEP-Titans game. Coaches lost track? Contract incentives? Other game priotities?

Because then everyone wants to whine and complain about ethics and class. That's why some of those records will probably never fall.

They will... it'll just take a close game a la Bengals and Browns in 05 or whenever that was.

We were already 52-0 when he threw his 6 TD, did we really need to win 68-0?

I noticed the same thing. They've been around for 50 years and have never allowed that 5th TD. That's crazy. Even all the young teams have it done to them.

If Joe Kapp was the last QB to throw 7 TD's in 1969, a SB yr. for the Vikings, maybe Brett Favre could find a team left on the schedule to duplicate the feat. Wink
