of the 3 all pros (wayne, mathis, james) if 2 stays who goes

I think James and Mathis have to stay, Wayne goes. The offense wont work without the threat of James in the backfield and Mathis has been a fierce pass rusher on the defense and the defense is finally good, not a good idea to get rid of one of the best palyers. Wayne has been big but not as big on offense as James. Another WR can be brought in through the draft. Santonio Holmes or Derek Hagan would be good replacements from the draft.
