I am baffled everytime I see Penn St. predicted to win the Big Ten. They are losing their top 3 WRs, 2 of their best O Linemen, and the best pass rusher in the Big Ten. It's amazing how much these people overvalue a returning QB and RB.

Wow, really? Oregon at #6 in the Pac 10? I guess he's expecting the losses of Unger, Tupou and Johnson to hurt more than most are.

Well, best team to compete for the Big 10 title is Ohio State. Who lost their top 2 Wr's, 2 starting o-line, 2 lb's (best mlb in the big 10), and cb (best corner in the nation). look at it that way, that is why people predict psu to win

:My Beefs:

~I think Kentucky is going to be a real good team, not top 25, but I think they will make a bowl. I think SC, Vandy and Tenneessee all have more questions than the Wildcats.

~Kansas 4th in the Big 12 North? Ressing, Briscoe, and Meier is alot of firepower on offense and on defense they bring back Stuckey who is one of the top safteys in the nation.

~Arizona is lossing alot on the offenseive side of the ball with Willie Tuitama, Mike Thomas, and Eben Britton all leaving.

~No way Oregon finishes 6th, they could win the Pac-10

~Clemson is an intresting pick to win the Atlantic, there only returning 10 or 11 starters. They have a great D-Line with Bowers, Sapp, and Jarvis Jenkins but the secondary losses 3 starters. At the end I think either FSU or NC State wins it.

~The Costal is loaded. At the end I think its a 3 way battle with VT, GT, and NC. Right now I like NC, they have the most talented defense in the nation next to UF.

~I have USF winning the Big East

~I have ECU and Houston in their respective divisions in CUSA.

I can't see them winning the Pac 10. I think they lost 4 starting O Linemen. They lose Patrick Chung, Jairus Byrd, and Nick Reed on defense. They lost Mike Bellotti, who is a legend IMO.

Yea but replacing Bellotti is Chip Kelly who has been one of the top OC in the nation the last couple years. Oregon losses alot but still has a pertty good nucleus on both sides of the ball(Massoli, Blount, Dickson)(Thurmond, Ward, Tukuafu). Oregon will contend in the Pac-10 and again could win it.

Clemson returns 8 starters on offense and 8 on defense so 16 total. They have the best CB duo in the ACC which will ease the pain of losing the two safeties. Losing Scott won't hurt on the D-Line because Brandon Thompson is a beast. Losing Harper is addition by subtraction at QB.

Clemson defintley has a shot. I did'nt know they returned that many, I defintley thought it was less. I think DeAndre McDaniel is gonna be a star this year. And by the end of the year Patrick Robinson and Greg Reid will be the best CB duo in the ACC. Very Happy

Mizzou 5th in the big 12 north??? Excuse me??

I know we lost alot, but no way will we be that bad. With Gabbert at QB, Dwash running it, and improved Oline i dont see us falling off that far.

I think they come in 4th in the North above KSU and Iowa State. Gabbert will be good but you cant expect a first year starter to replace Daniel. Maclin, Hood, Moore, are huge losses, I think Mizzou takes a pretty big step back. They should contend in 10' though, I think Gabbert and Co will be very good.

I think SC returns alot of key players and has the best QB recurit there in along time. Not to mention that defence will be stacked again, ecpecially with all the young recuits at safty. I think they have a good shot at being the second best team in the SEC EAST. Ket did not impress me as much as it must have you. Whats your thoughts on them???

I think they will to Grothie is a senior, have a good amount of weapons around him in the offence. Selvie came back to lead the Def another year. Rutgers and Pitt lost alot more in the offseason then USF. This should be thier year. Very Happy

The offense of Kentucky has alot of questions. Mike Hartline should start at QB next year and Randall Cobb a very good playermaker should stay at WR this year. The running game returns a few good backs but all have injury problems. The O-Line is a big question mark. On defense Ketucky is pretty much loaded. Jermery Jarmon is one of the best all-around DE in the nation and a top 10 DE in the nation IMO. Micah Johnson is a returning All-SEC first team LB and is IMO the best MLB in the nation verus the run, and Trevard Lindley is the best CB in the nation.

If Garcia can play ok, SC could have a chance. Garcia has alot of talent, but now he must show it. SC returns a pretty decent line, I think they only lose Jarmon Merideth which is a big loss. I can't wait to see Stephen Gilmore play, I heard hes gonna play CB, the guy was one of my favorite recruits.
