No, the price would just be too much to get that high from the 30 spot.

We'd have to give up multiple first round picks and probably a good defensive starter for a top 5ish pick. The highest I'd want to trade up is early 20's.

Its not the Titans way to trade up. If anything, they trade down.

I agree. They like to wait and see if the guy they want falls if not they might move out that spot to get more picks

IMO the talent level from the about picks 5-45 is about level. There are very few "elite" can't miss guys. The only one I think is can't miss is Aaron Curry and maybe Crabtree. No need to trade up into the teens when someone just as talented will likely be available at 30.

They do trade up in the late rounds..for example last year with william hayes.

I think if there is a player in the later rounds they have targeted, they will do what it needed to get him.

If Maclin drops to 24 or so, I would be for trading up to get him.

Does anyone think we could trade up to the Falcons 1st round draft choice if we dangled Bo in front of them. They are in desperate need of a TE and they wouldn't be moving back that many spots. Like 6

We will trade up IMO this year but it will be in the second round and maybe the mid rounds. We did trade up last year to grab Hayes. It will just depend on how the draft goes. I dont see us trading up in the first though; too much cost for too little value. If we do move up it would be into the twenties or so nothing like the top ten.

I don't think they value him that much. If they did they would have signed him long term. They have the resources to do so. I don't think they have long term plans for Scaife.

unless they have the opportunity to get good value for him or upgrade the position, which could both happen on draft day.
