Hurrah! I say first we shore up the quarterback position. Let's trade Tom Brady and our first rounder for Vince Young.

I've talked to the Panthers and they want either a first or multiple 2nd/3rd day picks. No chance I'm doing that.

The only people I want PM'ing other GM's/AGM's are myself and rab. Everyone else is free to post in other war rooms though.

HC--be in touch with your coordinators in order to evaluate need areas and also divide up the 4 scouts in specific positions.

Yeah, that's a high price for Peppers. I'm not totally for Peppers, but I'm not totally against it either. If his price was to come down, then maybe we could swing a deal.

We should establish a list of players who we'd be willing to trade. I know there a few guys that I wouldn't be heartbroken to see go, especially if we can add it somewhere else.

My preliminary list:
RB BenJarvus Green-Ellis
TE Ben Watson
DE Jarvis Green

Let me know if you guys want me to add/subtract any or what their prices should be.

I wouldn't be opposed to putting Kaczur on that list if

A) Everyone feels that LeVoir or Callaghan could fill the position

or

B) We make taking an OT early a priority.

Also, we should discuss whether we feel Safety is a position we should look at early, or whether the Duo at the SS of James Sanders and Tank Williams will work and we can look at other position early.

What about Maroney and Hobbs on the trade list as high comp trade canidates

What I mean about that is like if we get a 1st round pick or high second, and/or a player we couldnt pass up

I'm not very high on LeVoir or O'Callaghan personally as most. I would like to hear opinions. I do have 2 OT's that I want to take with one of our first three picks, if you want to hear them, shoot me a PM. But I would definitely be open to shopping Kaczur.

About safety, I do not think it is as big of a deal as most make it out to be. We have 2 solid safeties in Sanders and Meriweather. We also have a serviceable vet in Tank Williams who Belichick was high on in preseason. Shawn Springs can also play FS if needed. But obviously if the value is there, we take it.

I agree with both statements. O'Callaghan has the talent, but has never put it together and I don't think he ever will. LeVoir is the same deal. Good backup, but I don't know if he will ever be a dependable starter for 16 games.

I'd like to get in on this. My initial list would be:

BJG
Ben Watson
Nick Kazcur (if we address T early)
Jarvis Green

I think the areas that we should improve upon are RT, OLB, MLB, D-line depth, Safety, and Punter. If we also have an opportuinty I'd like to move one of our early picks for multiple picks next year. I feel like WR is fine and Aiken and Slater are more then serviceable special teams players. Drafting a tackle early and dealing Kazcur wouldn't be the worst idea. Also Jason Taylor would look good in a Pats uniform.

Yeah, definitely agree with that. I was thinking maybe 23 for another team's 33-43 and a first next year.

Welcome aboard the staff. All the scouts should PM tj177mmi, or he will PM you soon and he will tell you what positions he wants you to start scouting, whether it be an evaluation of our own players at that position, other players throughout the league we could trade for and especially draft prospects.

Also, just a reminder to everyone that there is no FA in this FFMD.

PMs have been sent to both coordinators and scouts.
