Like I asked the other guy. What's the reason? No one's presented a valid reason for it to be the Jaguars.
Before the tarps the Jags had to fill up the 4th largest stadium in the NFL at almost 77,000 seats in one of the smallest markets. Now it holds 67,164 makeing it the 20th largest stadium in the league in one of the smallest markets.
There's your answer.
St. Louis is anything but Southern. if you want to do a real geographic re-allignment you move Dallas to the South, Green Bay to the East, and St. Louis to the North.
Indianapolis is north of St. Louis and plays in the south.
