And we're good. I'll be taking some time to update all those threads while making sexy graphics and doing homework simultaneously, so don't freak out.

If you haven't noticed yet, I'm the official random picture posting guy. I've appointed myself. Cool

Just to get some discussion going, I'm going to post everything that other teams posted in our Position Assignments thread...

Panthers scout here...checking to see if you guys have determined a trading block yet and if so what D lineman are on it and their respective values.

Thanks

Obviously, we haven't. Who do you guys think should be on it? My initial thoughts...

RB Larry Johson
CB Patrick Surtain
DE/DT Alphonso Boone
DT Ron Edwards

When you guys get everything set together, the packers are interested in trading for Tony Gonzalez

Bills are also interested in Gonzalez.

I think we should listen to offers for Tony Gonzalez, but it would take a lot to pry him from us.

Hey guys, I'm just checking in from the Packers War Room.

We were looking to see what team needs your team may have and if there are any players you are looking to deal.

I didn't see a war room listed in your forum. I am inquiering about Dwayne Bowe and what you would be looking for. Pick #21 plus Lito Sheppard and Reggie Brown? PM me and let me know.

Not sure about this. I'll let everyone else express their thoughts before I give mine.

DC from the Browns here.

Do you have any defensive players on the block?

Let me know in our War Room or via PM.

Thanks!

I think we should have Surtain, Boone, and Edwards on the block, but that's just my opinion... absolutely nothing official about it.

When you are sorted out, the redskins have players they are shopping and vice-versa. I am the West team correspondent so please reply directly to me via PM.

OK.

Ok from what I've seen so far:
LJ, Pat Surtain are FOR SURE On the block
Tony G isn't leaving for anything less than a 1st
Bowe isn't leaving PERIOD.

Just got a PM from the Panthers about Julius Peppers, they're looking for a package similar to what we got for Jared Allen last year, or in the case of a team picking as high as we do, a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th would be possible. I say no, but am posting it for discussions sake.

Re: Wolf's post;

Tony for a first
Bowe not available
The trade block isn't yet known, but all players mentioned are on it.

Staff post updated, and I will be working on the others as the night goes on.

I'd have to say no to a deal for Peppers. That just seems like too much for a team in our situation to be giving up for a guy with a questionable motor.

WOO HOO FFMD!!!!!!

Alright. I will just agree with most of what everyone has posted so far. I agree with the trades, and I'm not for getting Peppers. I want TG to stay in KC and I think that a team would have to start with their 1st round pick to start talks. Wolfe1, I'll send you a PM, we need to start piecing together our draft board.

Make sure to send it to CF as well as CxFx88, too. But, we've got plenty of time before the draft. No need to rush.

Just call me '88. Easier to type, and it makes me think of Gridiron Gang, which I loved! Laughing
