You are not allowed to reproduce copyrighted content. If I see people repeatedly doing this they will get banned from these forums. You may discuss other websites’ content, but you may not post that content here word for word. For example; you may post a topic saying I hear Kiper has Alex Smith going number one to SF, what are your thoughts? YOU MAY NOT post Kiper’s complete mock draft.
In general here are the guidelines when discussing articles from other websites.
1. Preferred method is to just link to the article.
2. Quoting from free public articles is allowed provided its not more then a sentence or two and a link is provided to the source.
3. No quoting and no paraphrasing is allowed from articles that are part of any websites paid content or member only content.
4. Never copy and paste a complete article to the forums.

| That would be fine as long as you're using it in your discussion and as long as the site is about the NFL draft. I don't want to see posts where people are just promoting a website. For example. I don't want to see posts like "Check out the cool site" or "This mock is cool" with links. However it's fine to post; did you see xyz.com QB rankings, I can't believe they have Alex Smith 10th. Why is that? |

I thought it would be okay to post information from other websites as long as you gave credit and the link at the end, oh well, that is just what i thought.
I'll make sure i don't do it. |

Is it alright if I post the mock McGrim and myself made on our site here? We aren't promoting the site in the mock...we just want others to give feedback and expand the minds of some of the mockers here.
I understand about the Kiper thing. Ever since he said that Alex smith will go #1 overall, all the new people on the site have been promoting him and Kiper's mock. _________________

That would be fine. As long as it's your content you may repost it here. |

Just a suggestion here and nothing more.
Some other werbsites I am involved with has a system in place to allow someone to copy a little piece of a mock draft, paragraph of an article, etc and then post the link to the website for everyone else to visit and read for themselves.
Your putting up a tidbit of info that is about the certain topic on hand without posting the entire article.
If it is then that article is deleted and the person is warned.
A second time or third and you can ban them. It just stops full articles from being posted and doesn't allow anything more then a paragraph to be posted. |

| just for clarification, does that apply to articles that are free for everyone to access or just articles that require subscriptions? for instance, kiper's stuff on espn.com is by subscription only, but another website might have their own draft/player analysis that is freely available to anyone. thanks. |

...which is kinda sad and funny at the same time.
Is it OK to say Kiper is a schmuck? |

If somebody else wrote it, you can't copy it. |
