There have been talks about getting Henry because of Fred's health. But since Toefield is the #2 RB on the team, I think he can surprise a lot of people if he gets to play this year. Seeing this was Fred's team and runinng the ball almost every run play, Toefield hasn't really got a chance to shine or show what he could actually do. Not saying he's great or anything though, but I just think there's a litte too much negativity for Toe. _________________

| Give Toefield a chance. He's a good player who started over Domanick Davis at LSU, it that means anything. |

| Yeah but we've given him a chance and he hasnt shown much... you guys act like he's not the backup anymore.. he hasn't lost his spot or anything so lets not jump the gun too much |

I feel he may keep the back up spot mid way through the season....after that I think Pearman will take it over. _________________

Yes that wouldn't suprise me either, as all I am hearing about Alvin is good things really and I think Toefield will get pushed to the side a bit. _________________

In some teams I could see Toefield as really good back-up but the way you lot talk about hime he is not meant to be in Jacksonville. _________________

I still think that he should be in Jacksonville....He maybe has the best hands for a RB that we have. He should stay and be used as a RB in 3rd down/Passing situations. That is his strong point. _________________

I was watching a video from a while back and it was Fred talking about his injury and he said there was nothing for us to worry about and that he hopes to play for another 6-7 years.....I know its old but its good crack. _________________

And yet 4-5 years is only if he can reach his full potential again after this horrific injury. _________________

I thought his career was going to be over after the groin injury he had in 01'....I think it was 01'. After that he should be able to come back after his knee. _________________

On some oldish videos on the Jags website Fred is talking about his injury.....He says we have nothing to worry about but theres something that just doesn't seem right on that interview. _________________
