Which ones not a charger anymore after this year...are they released or traded? if traded...traded for what?

Sadly, Drew Brees won't be a charger after this year...  I have a feeling that the chargers will let him walk. There has never been a team that franchised a player and traded them and I don't think the chargers will be the first team to do that. |

| Actually Charger Man there has been some players that have been traded after being franchised. I know for a fact that Joey Galloway was traded from Seattle to Dallas after being franchised and I believe last year Champ Bailey was traded for Clinton Portis and both were franchise players. As for the question, I hope it is Rivers. Not to say I don't want to give him a chance because I really do (I think he will be better overall than Brees) but if it is Brees then we had a not so good season. I am really looking forward to this year and I feel if Brees has the season he did last year, this year, against a much tougher schedule and competition, then we are on the doorstep of many Super Bowl berths to come. |
