A though call hear as they both can be good teams this year. However, I have to give the nod to the Chargers. I just don't think that the Boys defense will have completely gelled yet.

I think the chargers will kep Julius Jones in check because of their great run defense, which will pressure Bledsoe to make plays. I don't think Bledsoe is good enough to stay with the Chargers offense.

Chargers... they are a good team and their offense will beat on that young defense in Dallas.

Chargers because they have LT and because it will be the first time the Cowboys run the 3-4. I think it will take a while for the Cowboys to get used to the new defence.

Damn....Every last one of you are for the Chargers.
I guess I'll say Dallas will win b/c as of right now there will only be 2 rookie starters (D. Ware and M. Spears), and Dallas will not be playing the 3-4 defense throughout the whole game, so when Dallas plays 4-3 defense they will have one of the best defensive lines in the league with Ellis, Glover, Ferguson, and Spears/Ware.

A 3-4 defense has the ability to give an offense problems on who to block giving Dallas advantage with all the pass rushers we (Dallas) has like K. Thorton, D. Ware, Glover, etc.

Should be a very good game though. With L.T. the Chargers should be able to run on us to get 100 yards, but JJ should aslo get 100 yards + and our passing game should be the deciding factor on who wins the game. Don't underestimate Dallas, like everyone underestimated SD at the beginning of last season b/c anything can happen. As for you guys that think Dallas is inexperienced in the 3-4 defense, THAT IS WHAT THE OFF-SEASON AND PRE-SEASON IS FOR. Dallas will be ready by the first game under B. Parcels.

I am going to say San Deigo will win, but not a blow out. And not for the reasons here, sorry Merriman will not be the second coming of Jr Seau, he still has to make it to the Chargers practice facility.

San Diego was 7-1 at home last season and Dallas is a mediocre road team at best. Chargers are tough at home. I hope I am wrong of course, being a Dallas fan, but have to be realistic too. In other words I won't be upset if the Cowboys prove me wrong.
