He should have stayed. Its a deep CB class and while he has a ton of talented and Potential, he hasnt been all that great this year....

King is raw and had some disappointing outings this year. A true boom or bust product at the next level, don't be surprised if King goes to the combine and runs a blazing 40 and his stock skyrockets.

Shoud be the next Ramzee Robinson. Most overrated CB prospect in years.

He's a blazer. He's an intriguing prospect who will go first day based just on measureables.

thats my thoughts aswell, i think he should be a mid-second rounder at best, although someone may take a reach at him in the first though... he shouldve stayed in school

the only way to put first and justin king in the same sentence would be:

Justin King is the First player labeled a bust from the 08 draft and is now enjoying his job bagging groceries.

I think the new emphasis on special teams will play a key role in his draft position. However if he slips yet still heads to the right environment, he could be a steal.

Definitely should have stayed. He was not that impressive this year. Sure he is fast, but has too much work to do in order to be a good cornerback at the next level.

he is NOT a good corner. ive seen him get beat numerous times by james hardy and brian robiskie and he thinks hes gonna be a 1st by the 4.2 forty he promised in the beginning of the year. he should go back and polish his skills a little more in a much weaker CB class

I really don't wanna agree with you on this since I'm a huge Penn State fan and go there, but you're right. I'll be the first one to say this, Justin King is 5th round talent based on his actual play. I have heard that he can run a 4.2 though, so that will boost him up. If he goes second day, I'm not sure you can call him a bust. You should get your value there. If you're looking for a franchise corner, look elsewhere. King is not your man. He was extremely disappointing this year, and he is definitely not as good as he thinks he is.

*Edit- Oh crap, I just realized he's my sig. I really like him, he's been one of my favorites here at PSU, but I'd never advocate him being a high pick.

He has very high measurables which is why he came out. He knows some team will take a chance on him though he is raw.

I am a die hard PSU guy and I must say I am happy to see him go. He is not raw he is always in place to make the play he just has poor ball skills and can't make a play on the ball in the air. If he did come back this year I feel he may have hurt his draft stock even more because his lack of ball skills will not change any time soon. He was the #1 CB in the country when he came out of high school but has not lived up to all the press. He will go on the first day because tall CBs with 4.3 speed are hard to find but he will never be an all-pro plain and simple.
