With Carl Smiths new offense, its better suited for EVERYBODY in the offense... but mainly Byron. He has a huge arm which is the reason for the vertical offense. We have several good recievers which is why we will have a lot of 4-5 reciever sets. I look forward to seeing Byron respond to this new offense.

If you ask me the best we can wish for this season is the Playoffs, if we get there then next season we can maybe start thinking about even better things.

I think that if somehow we could get home field adavantage throughout the playoffs.....thats a BIG IF. We may suprise people and maybe be in the superbowl. Wink

That's a BIG if there though. I'd be very happy just to reach the playoffs, then at least we can say we'd done better than last season.

I don't care where we finish as long as our record is better than last seasons.....If it is then we can say we have improved this season.

Which means we should make the playoffs... if we improve from 9-7, which means about 10-6 or higher... we should definately be in the playoffs

I'm not going to talk about the possibility of the playoffs anymore as we haven't even started the season yet and I don't think we should get TOO confident as you never know what can happen in the game of football.

I agree with you totally, but you said you just want us to improve... and if we do, 10 wins usually gets you a playoff bid
