He's seemed to burn a few bridges here already. I'm not sure I know why, but apparently Chiefs fans don't like him and vice versa. He wasn't a perfect player last season, but he still led the team in tackles.
But, with articles such as this, which if the facts are true, I don't blame him one bit for not being happy. _________________

El Raymundo, I have to hand it to you--that Chuckwurah comment was freaking hysterical! Nappy Harris, while being a decent player, seems to be a legend in his own mind. I suppose I might be a little testy too if I were to go down in NFL annals as the answer to a trivia question...no, on second thought, I would be estatic for the opportunity to play in the NFL and be a part of what most can only dream about--even if it is for the Chiefs. Competition should be welcomed as an imputus for improvement. _________________ Skol Vikings! |

His niche; or area that he trives in best, has always and will always be the run game. He works well between the tackles and is a serviceable middle man.
Now in coverage, that's a different story.
Well below average in pass coverage, and it showed quite often in his final season with us. _________________

Former Viking Troy Williamson appears to be locking in on the No. 3 receiver job with the Jaguars. Matt Jones, arrested earlier this month on felony cocaine possession charges, may well be cut and projected starter Jerry Porter is going to need surgery for a torn hamstring.

Well, as he's then still sitting behind Dennis Northcutt and Reggie Williams and Troy's competition for the #3 slot is with a bunch of no-namers like Clyde Edwards, D'Juan Woods, and John Broussard, that's not saying a whole lot. _________________

| I think I'd rather have Broussard than Williamson, he showed some flashes last year from what I saw. I just can't trust Williamson. |

| Quote: | Daunte Culpepper and the agent for the former Vikings quarterback, Daunte Culpepper, recently contacted the Detroit Lions to see if they have any interest in him, according to the Detroit News. Culpepper, one of the NFL’s best players in 2004, remains on the market after turning down a one-year, $1 million offer from the Green Bay Packers this offseason. (Memo to Culpepper and the Wild’s Stephane Veilleux: There is a reason the overwhelming majority of your co-workers employ agents.)

Former Viking Nate Burleson was viewed as a player on the bubble last year entering training camp. This year, he’s coming in as Seattle’s No. 1 wide receiver.

They should have added in the fact that the only reason he's #1 is because Deion Branch is injured and the leading receiver last year, Bobby Engram, is mired in a contract dispute with the Seahawks (but has now reported to camp). He's probably still only the #2 or #3 WR, depending upon who you ask. _________________

So how many former Tice players does that put on the Jags roster? Six?
Brian Williams
Troy Williamson
Richard Angulo
Chris Liwienski
Todd Bouman (maybe he was just under Denny?)

No, they cut him before the regular season last year. He's out of the league. _________________
