Good trade that should benefit more for the Texans. Since Glenn Earl was put on IR Boulware will take his place and will do just fine. Babin won't even start for the Seahawks but I guess he will provide good depth. _________________ Adopt-a-Ram: Brian Quick - 11 receptions, 156 yards, 2 TDs |

| I like this trade for the Texans. They get a starting Safety for an underachieving DE. |

Hopefully Boulware can regain his confidence, the trade really benefitted Boulware. He was on the verge of being cut for CJ Wallace, an UDFA, and he had no chance to get the starting role at SS again in Seattle with Deon Grant switching to the spot.
I wonder what this means for Baraka Atkins; Kerney, Fisher, and Tapp are locks for the roster at this point, and I cant see the Hawks keeping 5 DE's. I think Baraka Atkins is put on the PS, he hasnt lived up to expectations as a 4th round pick... _________________

I was always a fan of Michael because I like his brother, and I thought we was doing alright for the Seahawks. What happened to him? _________________

Which Texan fans have you been talking to, we knew before the season started that it was our weakest position on defense (maybe the entire team). I like this trade because it gives us a lot of help, especially with the injuries that have happened. It also shows the difference in coaching and GM staff from Capers/Casserly to Kubiak/Smith. If this was Capers/Casserly, they would've just gone into the season knowing of the weakness and done nothing about it. _________________

He struggled in coverage from what I heard which lead to Jordan Babineaux taking most of the playing time at SS. _________________

this trade makes alot of sense... on the surface its just two underachieving guys but i think it will really help the texans alot and give good depth to the hawks.
boulware was really coming on 2 years ago in the superbowl run and if he can be even decent hell be alot better than the texans current starters. this really makes me alot more confident in predicting the texans 8-8 year |

Wow. The Texans pretty much got a steal here. Babin is an underachieving DE whose only accomplishment that comes to my mind is recording 70 tackles and 17 sacks in a season on my Madden franchise. _________________

Im not going to say the safety is is cured because we still dont have one that can cover but i do think this was a good trade for us. Babin was caught on a deep line and safety was thin. Boulware should start for us opening day. Basically we traded a reserve for a starter _________________

This is a good trade for both team, and it gives a good depth to both of them. Boulware should start for the Texans week 1. _________________
