What are your thought on him, I think he could be a great Raider! Maybe we should give him a look!

Linebacker Buster Davis, the team's third-round pick from Florida State this year, was cornered by a "Turk" in one of the more notable cuts among the 21 released Friday.

Wow..

I would like the Eagles to look at this guy... He would be a very good pick up for us.
I really liked him going in to the draft, and I wonder why they decided to release him??? (He was a 3rd round pick, so they must have seen something in him)

Wow, I knew he wouldn't be a very good pro because of his size and etc.. but not even getting a chance to play a reglar season snap is a slap in the face.

Holy cow. Poor guy. Doubt he'll fall to us on the waiver wire, or he would be a perfect pickup for the Steelers.

Wow Im just shocked and indeed very upset. I definately thought that he was the biggest steal in the whole draft. Not many linebackers play with as much intensity as Buster Davis. I would do anything for the Vikings to pick him up.

Why would you release a third round linebacker who hasnt played a down of meaningful football yet? Maybe these types of decisions are the reason why the Cardinals never have success as a franchise...

Wow. I liked Davis a lot. However, teams don't generally release guys from the 3rd round unless they are confident that they are not going to pan out in the NFL.
